Hostess and owner Aida has always had a passion for people. She was able to use her creativity for years in the HR sector. Yet she longed to do something with art, design, and architecture as well. So she brought these loves together into a single story.

ARCHITECTURAL GEM

Aida’s dream? Combine her passions and open her own boutique hotel. Then, unexpectedly, this Art Nouveau mansion became available. It was an exceptional opportunity: the building belonged to ‘De vijf werelddelen’, the famous housing ensemble by architect F. Smet-Verhas. And it is located in the bustling Antwerp district of Het Zuid, within walking distance from the Museum of Fine Arts. In short, it’s an architectural gem in a dream location.

TRANQUILLITY AND LUXURY

Aida was immediately convinced of the property’s potential. So, in 2019, she transformed the mansion into an oasis of peace and inspiration. She designed four luxurious suites and a wellness area. Her guests can fully relax here after a busy day in Antwerp.
