Antwerp City Hostel is a new and friendly hostel in Antwerp. The hostel is set in a monumental building on the Grote Markt, main square of Antwerp. Best location for those who want to discover the city. The property is situated on the Grand Place, the center of the medieval part of the city. The so-called ‘ Red Borgh ‘ house is a protected monument and one of the oldest preserved examples of Baroque guild houses Antwerp. It is believed that the house was built in the 12th century as a simple construction. Evidence of this is the basement in Roman style. The current façade was built in 1644 by the allied guilds of tanners and Schoenmakers and has a special architectural and historical value. For your comfort, the hostel offers all the facilities that can be expected. Free Wi-Fi access, BYOB bar, shared kitchen, lockers, luggage storage, vending machines (hot/cold drinks).
