Via the open kitchen, you will be brought to the majestic wine cellars with over 20.000 bottles of wine. Get lost in an underground labyrinth of paths and alcoves. Make your way through exquisite wines who represent the entire world.

You’ll be able to enjoy your aperitif while you wander through our 19th-century wine cellar and chat with our Chef Patrick Van Herck to go over your menu.

A visit will show that ‘Class and quality’, the slogan of House De Colvenier, is grounded. The customer needs to feel at home which is why the menu can be discussed with our Chef. This can be done while you enjoy your aperitif in our wine cellar.
